Training Programs

                              Supervisor Skills Program

Cascade Careers is proud to announce its newest Supervisor Skills training program. If your lead, first line supervisors other levels of management are in need of some basic training in building their image and their reputation, pointers on how to deal with those difficult team members, how to be and when not to be a mentor, building a quality team, and hiring hints and hiring mistakes, and how to change their thinking when it comes to discipline, and how to avoid harassment charges, we have the program for you.

Here is what we will do. We will meet with you and discuss what you are looking for in terms of developing your supervisory team and them we will develop a custom program just for your organization.

I recently returned from presenting a custom supervisory training program at a Nevada mining company. Over four days over 80 lead, shift supervisors and superintendents gained new insights on how to do a better job of hiring, supervising and developing their team members.

Here is how it works. Based on your specific needs, we will develop and present to your supervisory staff a course custom designed for them.

So the next question is what does it cost? Simple. There is no cost to you for the development and printing of all course materials a program custom designed for your supervisory team. For up to 20 participants and up to a six hour session, the course fee is $1,400 per day. Travel expenses are employer paid.

For a half day session, the course fee is $1,100 per day, plus travel expenses.
